The Guesthouse Villa El Inti was rebuilt from an old Canarian Finca. We restored it with great care and using ecological and sustainable building methods, and we turned it into a stylish country hotel.
Local materials were used for the renovation and the old brickwork was almost always preserved.
The wood for ceilings and construction was moonsawn in Schönbuch near Tübingen and is resistant to pests and hardly combustible. The paints used are – as far as possible – water-based and we paint the facades with silicate paint.
To reduce the use of plastic, we supply our guests with drinking water from our own filter system. We provide soap and shampoo in refillable bottles.
We produce hot water with solar panels and the pool is cleaned with sea salt. Our garden is watered almost exclusively with domestic water and treated with ecological means.
