Accommodation – Suite II

We serve our suite guests an exquisite breakfast in our breakfast room – consisting of a large selection of cold meats and cheeses, ham, fresh orange juice, various jams, honey, salad and eggs to taste, as well as different types of bread and rolls. Of course we also have different mueslis and yoghurt.

Besides our fairtrade organic coffee, we offer 20 different loose black and green teas. Herbal and fruit teas are also available. As far as possible, our teas are from controlled organic cultivation.

Villa El Inti was renovated under building biology and sustainability aspects and is still operated and maintained sustainably today. For example:

• The old lava masonry was preserved as far as possible. This creates a very good indoor climate and there is no need for electricity-guzzling air-conditioning systems.
• Facades and interiors are painted with silicate paints.
• All structural timber (larch) was harvested in a waning moon in Schönbuch near Tübingen and brought to Lanzarote.
• Wood coatings in the interior are done with linseed oil.
• All floors, with the exception of the kitchen and toilets, are made of natural stone.
• Hot water is produced with solar panels.
• The pool is also heated with its own solar system and cleaned with a sea salt system. Chlorine is not used.
• Shampoos and soaps in the guest bathrooms are provided in dispensers. The shampoo comes from Lanzaloe, a bioaloe farm on Lanzarote.
• All drinking water is filtered with carbon block filters, so we don’t have to buy water canisters and can also provide the water to our guests free of charge.
• The process water is purified by a bio-treatment plant and is then used as watering water for the lush garden.
